Cancellation Policy

The Europarc 2021 Secretariat must be notified by e-mail to info@europarc2021.nl in the event of a cancellation of registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED REFUND
BEFORE JULY 4, 2021: FULL REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE
LESS 30 EUR HANDLING FEE
JULY 5, 2021 – SEPTEMBER 27, 2021: 50% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE
FROM SEPTEMBER 27, 2021: NO REFUND
